Siblings: Only child. Stephanie does have a daughter that she gave up for adoption, when she was sixteen. If someone wants to play her, please feel free to contact me and we can work something out!

Abilities: Trained by both of her parents, along with her "aunt" Cassandra, Kara is an accomplished martial artist for her young age. She's a decent brawler, and a natrual gymnast, which comes in handy when she's out on patrol. While not quite the natural that her father is, Kara is an amateur detective in her own right, and has keen deductive reasoning skills. As Batgirl, Kara normally carries batarangs, bolos, grappling hooks smoke bombs, night-vision goggles, lock-picks, wire-cutters, and other various gadgets in her utility belt. She also carries a bo staff that she is rather skilled with.

As a normal human woman, with no superhuman abilities of any kind, Kara has the weaknesses that all normal human women do. She also has a tendency to look before she leaps, and can be very stubborn at time, which can get her into trouble.

History: Kara was born two years after her parents married. Growing up, Kara had a fairly normal childhood. Until she was seven, Kara didn't know that her parents were the heroes known as Red Robin and Batgirl. As far as she was concerned, her parents were just Tim and Stephanie Drake, two regular, somewhat embarrassing at times people. In fact, Kara was mostly oblivious to the fact that she was surrounded by superheroes, as most of herfamily and friends were in the "cape business".

When Kara was seven, she stumbled upon her parents' version of the batcave, in the basement of their house. Unable to keep their double-lives a secret from their daughter any longer, Tim and Stephanie told their daughters about them being superheroes. Kara was upset that her parents kept such a big secret from her...but thought it was pretty cool that her parents were superheroes. From then on, Kara decided that someday, she was going to go into the "family" business. Though she didn't exactly don a costume at age seven, she did talk her parents into starting to train her in some capacity.

When Kara was fifteen, she donned the mantle of Batgirl for the first time, when Stephanie decided to step down from heroing full-time. Wanting to keep an eye on her, Tim allowed Kara to go out only with him or another trusted family member. When she turned sixteen, Tim began to allow Kara to go out on her own more often, though she still had to check in with him when she was out from time to time. Kara joined the Teen Titans when she turned seventeen, juggling it with school and responsibilities as Batgirl.
